We ship all of our products by USPS or UPS to continental U.S. customers only.
Pet Food
Our smaller, retail-size pet food packages have the shipping costs built into the product price so there are no additional shipping fees for those items. Free shipping on these small items is available only to continental U.S customers. The bulk pet food packages, which are any food products 10 pounds or more, are charged standard UPS shipping fees.
Pet Treats
Our pet treats - FriendChips, Pet Krackrs and Pro-O's - are charged shipping as follows:
8 oz, and 20 oz packages are charged a flat rate of $5.95 for one package.
3 lb and 4 lb. packages are charged a flat rate of $6.95 for one package.
10 lb and 20 lb packages are charged standard UPS rate.
If you want to mix different package sizes or purchase large quantities, please call us for shipping price.
